Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to visiting, reading, and using the Shadowrocket site and manual. When purchasing the app, you should also review the applicable terms shown on the App Store.
1. Scope and Information Sources
This is the Shadowrocket site and manual. It provides guidance on verifying the genuine app, purchasing it, importing an existing subscription, configuring rules, and troubleshooting connections. These terms govern use of the website content and do not replace the app license, App Store transaction rules, or other applicable agreements.
This manual explains how to use the app; it does not guarantee results for any particular network environment or connection. The app interface may change with updates, and features are subject to what the app actually provides. Check the App Store listing for current prices, system requirements, and purchase availability.
2. Purchase Channel and Service Boundaries
Shadowrocket is a paid client available only on Apple platforms, primarily for iPhone and iPad. The App Store is the only place to get it. Before purchasing, verify the developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, the official icon, and app ID 932747118. See How to Verify and Purchase the Genuine App for details.
A one-time purchase of the client does not include a proxy service plan. This site does not provide, sell, or recommend any servers or subscription services. Importing requires users to already have their own subscription or server details. The validity, permissions, and availability of those services are governed by the relevant service terms.
Use the App Store process for payments, restoring purchases, and refunds. Confirm your account and transaction details before proceeding. This manual does not make transaction review or refund decisions on behalf of the App Store.
3. Lawful Use and User Responsibilities
Users must comply with the laws and regulations where they live and wherever their use takes place. Do not use the app or this site's content for unlawful purposes, or to violate others' privacy, intellectual property, or network security. Before using servers or related network resources, make sure you have lawful permission and follow the applicable service rules.
Keep your account details, subscription links, passwords, and sensitive configuration data secure. Before sharing a configuration or troubleshooting record, remove personal identifiers and any information that could be used to access a service. Never post complete credentials in public feedback.
4. Availability, Data Risks, and Liability
The app is sold on the App Store, and purchases and store services are subject to its applicable rules. This site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, network failures, or other causes. Tutorials are not guaranteed to work with every device state, configuration, or network condition.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for the availability of the website or external services, interrupted connections, configuration errors, data loss, or resulting indirect losses. Back up essential content before changing Config, rules, or subscriptions. If something goes wrong, restore a known working configuration first, then check each setting in turn.
These limitations do not exclude or restrict liability where prohibited by law, or affect rights consumers are entitled to under applicable law. For help with using the app, see the usage steps and troubleshooting tips in the manual.
5. Intellectual Property and Use of Content
The Shadowrocket trademark, app, and related icons are the intellectual property of its developer or the respective rights holders. Shadowrocket is closed-source commercial software. A purchase grants a right to use the app, not ownership of its trademark, source code, or other protected content.
The text, organization, and technical guidance on this site are protected by applicable law. When quoting them, credit the source and preserve their meaning and any necessary risk notices. Obtain any legally required permission before copying, adapting, or using them commercially. Do not misuse the brand identity or create purchase links that could mislead users.
6. Changes to These Terms and How to Review Them
These terms may be revised to reflect legal requirements, changes to the content scope, or feature updates. Revised terms and the updated date will be posted at the top of this page. Changes affecting important user rights or obligations will be announced as required by applicable law.
Review the current terms before using the relevant content. If you do not accept the terms applicable to your future use, stop using the relevant website content. Changes to these terms do not automatically apply retroactively to rights and obligations already established under applicable law. For operational guidance, refer to the official manual and the information currently shown on the App Store.
